Return Policy

At Skin Parfums, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: You may return most items within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at info@skinparfums.co.za to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packing Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package to expedite processing.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
